    陈佐夫先生,自2005年7月起出任建设银行副行长。

    陈先生自2004年9月至2005年7月任建设银行行长助理;1997年7月至2004年9月任中国建设银行行长助理。陈先生1999年6月至2000年5月为斯坦福大学访问学者。陈先生1983年西南政法大学法学专业大学本科毕业, 1996年中南工业大学管理工程专业硕士研究生毕业。

    Mr. Chen Zuofu has become the vice president of head office of China Construction Bank since July 2005. Mr. Chen was the assistant to the president of Construction Bank from Sep 2004 to July 2005; He was announced the assistant to the president of China Construction Bank from July 1997 to Sep 2004. Mr. Chen was a visiting scholar at Stanford University from Jun 1999 to May 2000. Mr. Chen was graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and major in Law.

    柴洪峰,现任中国银联党委委员、董事、执行副总裁。经济学硕士,高级工程师,1997年被国务院授予享受政府津贴专家。

    柴洪峰同志1986年以来一直在人民银行系统工作,先后任职于国家外汇管理局信息中心和中国外汇交易中心(任副总裁),其间,主持完成“中国外汇交易系统”项目,获中国人民银行金融科技进步一等奖和国家科技进步二等奖。

    2001年8月起,柴洪峰同志参与中国银联的筹建工作,同年12月任中国银联党委委员、执行副总裁。 期间主持完成“中国银联银行卡信息交换系统”项目,获中国人民银行银行科技发展奖特等奖。


    Mr. Chai Hongfeng is currently working as the party committee member, director, and executive vice president of China UnionPay. He is a senior engineer with master degree of Economics, awarded by the State Council in 1997 to enjoy the government expert-level subsidy.

    Chai had worked for the People's Bank System since 1986, had served on the State Administration of Foreign Exchange Information Center and the China Foreign Exchange Trade Center (as a vice president), during which he presided over the completion of "China Foreign Exchange Trade System" project, and was awarded by the People's Bank of China the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress and the Second Prize for National Scientific and Technological Progress.

    Since August 2001, Chai participated in the preparatory work for the establishment of the China UnionPay. He became the party committee member and Executive Vice President of the China Union Pay in December the same year. He presided over the completion of "China UnionPay bank card information exchange system" project at that time and received the Grand Prize Award for Banking Scientific and technological Development by the People's Bank of China.

    1978年毕业于北京航空学院飞行力学\空气动力学专业,研究员。历任航空航天部\航空工业总公司试飞办副主任、航空工业总公司八三工程办公室主任、国防科工委系统三司副司长、航空产品部副部长、中国航空工业第一集团公司(以下简称中国一航)质量安全部部长。

    王勇先生在2002-2008年担任中国一航质量安全部部长期间受集团总经理指派负责中国一航六西格玛管理的推进工作。他自己参加了美国通用电气公司在我集团举办的第一期绿带培训,又赴美(GEAE)参加黑带的培训并获得资格。他带领团队从培训入手,成立了六西格玛培训中心,确定了推进策略,建立了六西格玛推进制度。到2008年底六西格玛管理方法已推广应用到集团70%的单位。实施的六西格玛项目累计创造节余13亿多人民币,并在2005-2007年连续三年获得全国六西格玛推进先进单位,累计52个项目获得全国六西格玛优秀项目奖,约占全国获奖总数的1/6。

    在集团负责六西格玛推进管理工作期间荣获中国航空工业第一集团公司颁发的个人管理创新一等奖、2008年荣获香港第三届国际精益六西格玛大会组委会颁发的国际精益六西格玛领袖奖、享受国务院颁发的政府津贴。

                Mr. Wang Yong, professional researchers, graduated from Beijing Aviation Institute with the major of Flight Mechanics \ Aerodynamics in 1978. He successively held the posts of the Deputy Director of Test Flight Office of the Department of Aerospace \ Aviation Industry Corporation, Office Director of Eight-Three Project of Aviation Industry Corporation, Deputy Director of Three System Division and Deputy Minister of Aviation Products Division of Technology and Industry for National Defense, Minister of the Quality Safety Division of China Aviation Industry Corporation I (hereinafter referred to as AVIC I).

    Mr. Wang Yong served as a minister of the Quality Safety of AVIC I from 2002 to 2008. He was pointed to be in charge of deployment of the Six Sigma management by the general manager China during the period. He attended the first phase of Green Belt training which was organized by U.S. General Electric Company in China by himself, and then went to the United States (GEAE) to participate in the Black Belt training and got the qualification. He led the team through training initially, established the Six Sigma Training Center, set the deployment strategies and built up the Six Sigma Deployment System. By the end of 2008 the Six Sigma management methodology has been applied to 70% of the units in the Group. The implementation of Six Sigma projects created cumulative savings of more than 1.3 billion Yuan. The Company was awarded for the National Advanced Unit of Six Sigma for three consecutive years from 2005 to 2007. There were 52 Six Sigma projects receiving the National Award as Outstanding Projects, accounting for one sixth of the total number of national award-winning.

    He was awarded for the First Prize of individual management innovation by China Aviation Industry Corporation I during the time when he was in charge of the corporate deployment of Six Sigma management. He received the Lean Six Sigma International Leadership Award at the Third International Conference Organizing Committee in Hong Kong in 2008 and enjoyed a government expert-level subsidy issued by the State Council.

    金春芳女士是麦肯锡公司的副董事,同时是风险管理及建模分析专家及市场营销专家。她在银行风险管理系统设计、风险评级模型的开发和应用方面具有广泛的经验。她曾为多家国内外银行开展风险管理和实施新巴塞尔协议的项目,对在中国开发对公信贷和中小企业信贷风险管理模型和业务模式具有深入的了解。

     在进入麦肯锡之前,金女士曾在美国默沙东制药公司担任统计学家,并长期为一家美国股票交易公司分析期权期货市场走向。

    金春芳女士拥有美国威斯康辛大学(麦迪逊分校)的数理统计学博士学位(2004),计算机硕士学位(2003)和生物分子化学硕士学位(1998),她于1996年在复旦大学获得了本科学位,主修生物化学,辅修管理。母语为汉语,英语流利。

    As the office director of sustainability development management and total risk management, Ma is national quality management system registered senior auditor of and national-level judge for the National Quality Management Awards in 2002. Ma is also international Six Sigma management strategy certified Black Belt, SBTI international certified Master Black Belt candidate as well as the state registered senior risk surveyor.

    Since 1993, Ma has presided over the establishment of management system and the implementation of continuous improvement of more than 200 companies of the COSCO Group. Ma became the quality system registered auditor the same year.

    Since 2000, Ma had directed the implementation of Six Sigma management strategy of COSCO Group, presided over the establishment and group-wide implementation of Lean Six Sigma management strategy system and built up a digital COSCO.

    Since 2003, Ma took charge of total risk management, joined in the research and development of SASAC (The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council) subject Central Enterprise Total Risk Management Guidelines. Ma chaired the subject research of Implementation and Application of Total Risk Management and application in COSCO Group Guidelines and Total Risk Management of COSCO Group Listed Companies and gained the recognition of SASAC. Ma implemented quantified risk assessment through Six Sigma management, established total risk management system, promoted COSCO towards the synchronization with world-class enterprises and formed a comprehensive set of total risk management system. Ma led the establishment and promotion of internal control system of COSCO listed companies and achieved real-time quantitative monitoring and effective operation.

    Since 2004, Ma has directed the implementation of the Global Compact and the work of social responsibility, used total risk management system for process reengineering. COSCO became China’s first state-owned enterprise to establish and implement the work of social responsibility, Global Compact and sustainability development management system, in accordance with United Nations Global Compact Guidelines and United Nations Sustainability Development Report GRI. The COSCO Group Sustainability Development Report that Ma prepared and presided over has been set as a model of the United Nations Global Compact sustainability development report for three consecutive years since 2006. The COSCO Group Sustainability Development Report of 2007 passed GRI rating inspection and gained the A+ logo which is the highest level. COSCO became the first enterprise in Asia to receive both the United Nations Global Compact model report and sustainability development report with A+ the highest level at the same time.

He discovered his passion 10 years ago when he became a core member of Delphi’s Innovation and Continuous Improvement Methodologies organization. Innovation, DFSS, Lean, Six Sigma, Robust and Shainin are some of his centers of expertise. He continues to lead, train and coach numerous enterprise wide projects in the area of product and process innovation and continuous improvement.

    Brentt’s 20 years of professional experience also includes engineering and program management, systems engineering, software engineering and manufacturing process development. He earned his bachelor degree in Engineering Electrical from Purdue University, an associate degree in Software Engineering, and his master degree in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton.     Weixing Yu is the consultant and regional manager of East Asia Operations for SigmaPro, looking after the operations in the Greater China (including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), Mongolia and South Korea. He was trained and certified as a Master Black Belt instructor for SigmaPro Inc. by Dr Douglas Mader, the CEO of SigmaPro and the world very first Master Black Belt,

    Before joining SigmaPro, Weixing was an IBM certified Six Sigma trainer and consultant, and the very first certified Black Belt and Master Black Belt for IBM Microelectronics Division (MD). Since 2005 he has trained and coached more than 200 Green Belts and Black Belts for IBM employees from Singapore, India and Malaysia, and IBM ISC suppliers including ASE Taiwan, Amkor Singapore, Venture Singapore and Delta Electronics Thailand. As the lead trainer for IBM ISC Six Sigma program and IBM World Wide Six Sigma Core Team member, he also train the trainer and worked with management and to identify Green Belt and Black Belt candidates.

    Prior joining IBM, Weixing spent 5 years in Hewlett Packard Singapore in process development. Weixing earned his 2nd Master degree from National University of Singapore in Chemical Engineering in 2000.     Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Liang worked as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and later Value Stream Manager at GE Healthcare China, focusing on cross-functional LSS projects in Sales, Modality, HR and Legal functions to drive business growth and customer loyalty. Before joining GE, Liang worked at the World Health Organization China Office as a program officer.

    Liang earned his medical degree from the Capital University of Medical Sciences and a Master's of Business Administration from Brandeis University in 2002.

     Justin Quinn is AXA Way Leader of AXA China Region in Hong Kong. Justin is responsible for deployment of the AXA Way (Six Sigma) Programme, including training and coaching of Black Belts and Green Belts, implementation of Group AXA Way strategy in the local entity, and embedding Sigma concepts and tracking into operational KPI's. He is also responsible for guiding the business to translate Voice of Customer data into meaningful improvement activities.

    Justin has worked with the AXA Group for 20 years, spending his first 20 years in various operational roles before moving to projects 10 years ago. He has worked on a wide variety of projects including Y2K, platform migrations, large scale process improvement and off-shoring projects in AXA Australia & New Zealand. Justin moved to Hong Kong 2 years ago.

    Justin was certified as a Black Belt 4 years ago and is an AXA Way Master Black Belt candidate. His major deliverable in Hong Kong to-date, recently won AXA's 2009 Hong Kong Innovation Award and was First Runner-Up in AXA's Japan-Asia-Pacific 2009 Innovation Award.

    Dr. Ge started his professional career as an associate with US consultancy, AT Kearney and moved on to become a manager with GE’s Corporate Initiatives Group (CIG).

    While with AT Kearney, Dr. Ge focused on strategy consulting for automobile, railway transportation and retail industries in both Asia Pacific and US. From 1996, Dr. Ge worked with GE’s CIG and his responsibilities include helping various GE business units implementing Six Sigma. His main focus was on Six Sigma for none manufacturing sector and service processes. In 1999, he was transferred to Asia to drive the integration of e-business and Six Sigma. His last role with GE is Director of IT and Operation for GE Aircraft Engines Asia. During his tenure with GE, he had the opportunity to work closely with business leaders of GE's Power Systems, GE Capital, GE Aircraft Engines and GE Information Systems. Dr. Ge is an expert of Six Sigma implementation in large organizations, operation excellence and corporate strategy.

    Dr. Ge earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago. In 2001, he founded the then Processwise Consultants Inc. in Beijing which is the first focused Six Sigma and continuous improvement consulting firm in China. In the firm's more than seven years' operation, it helped many large local and multinationals implementing Six Sigma and Lean successfully and Dr. Ge has been instrumental in leading these engagements.     Jon Huang, PMP and MBB, is the Global LSS Director and leader in charge of Asian-Pacific-Russian region. He is also a member of the Advisory Board to the business school of University of Texas at Dallas and an adjoin professor there. Mr. Huang earned a Bachelor's Degree from Tianjin University. He received one Master Degree and Doctorial candidacy from University of Maryland. Mr. Huang earns his MBA from University of Dallas.

    He has coauthored books and industry standards, as well as published papers in Supply Chain Management, Reliability, and LSS. After 10 years of supply chain operations leadership in Motorola US and 8 years of Asian Business Council leadership in US, Jon Huang has accumulated much experience on various businesses and set up a model.

Professor Kevin is adept in managing a for-profit business, sales and marketing, product planning and implementation, teams and support functions by the way of Raytheon Six Sigma. His skills include managing change, decision-making, problem solving, leadership and influence management. After his education career as an Chemistry Professor in Fitchburg State College nearly 10 years, Kevin began his business career in 1986. When he was in Digital Equipment Corporation, he is responsible for operations support of Enterprise Networks and Communications industry practices.      在加入埃森哲之前,王晓艳于 2004-2008 年任博彦科技集团副总裁,主管市场部和集团的并购及战略合作。王晓艳于 2004 年加入博彦,担任本地化业务部门的总经理。在本地化任职的一年中,她为公司带来了许多新的业务机会。 2006 年起,王晓艳负责公司的兼并收购,并在 2007 年接手管理公司的市场部和战略合作,主导完成了公司在印度和中国的两个并购。

     加入博彦科技之前,王晓艳在 IBM 工作了 9 年。作为一名技术专家加入 IBM 之后,她在 IBM 大中国区的生产部门担任业务拓展经理,参与了众多项公司在中国投资和合资企业管理方面的活动。王晓艳在 IBM 的最后一个职位是 IBM 全球资源开发经理。由于在评估、开发和管理 IT 服务外包供应商方面的独特经历,她在中国软件外包领域拥有广泛的关系网络,包括客户、供应商,和政府部门。

     Ms. Wang Xiaoyan, a senior expert in the software outsourcing industry, is now the director of Accenture China outsourcing business. She has rich experience in China service outsourcing company’s business development in European and American market and client relationship management.
     Before joining Accenture, Wang was the vice president of BeyondSoft Group from 2004 to 2008 in charges of marketing department and Group M & A and strategic cooperation. Wang joined BeyondSoft in year 2004 and was the general manager of the localization business department. During that year, she brought tons of new business opportunities for the company. Since 2006, Wang was responsible for the company’s mergers and acquisitions and then the marketing department and strategic cooperation in 2007. She led the completion of the two M & A in India and China.
     Prior to joining BeyondSoft, Wang worked for IBM for 9 years. Being a technical expert, she was the manufacturing department business development manager of IBM Mainland China and participated in multiple activities in the China investment and JV management projects. The last position for Wang in IBM was the IBM global resource development manager. Due to the unique experience in assessing, developing and managing the IT service outsourcing suppliers, she accumulated a wide range of networks among clients, suppliers and government departments in China software outsourcing industry.

     Ms. Wang is the EMBA of CEIBS and Bachelor Degree of TsingHua University.

   Having joined the egistics Corporation as VP, Mr. Yuen was also a leading advocate and prioneer in the logistics outsourcing sector in China. His clients included Tsingtao Beer, Bright Dairy, Kelon, TCL, Sanlian, COSCO and Sinotrans. Prior to that, Mr. Yuen worked for serveral well-known companies in the industries of real eatate, manufacturing and trade with proven capabilities to manage business operations in multiple disciplines, multiple locations and matrix arrangements. Also, he spent his spare time guest-lecturing at University of Science and Technology.

   He received his Bachelor of Engineer from University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, Australia and MBA from University of Sydney in Sydney, Australia.

     在系统集成,网络通信,应用软件开发,行业解决方案以及灾难恢复运营管理方面有丰富的经验,曾经参与中国银行九十年初新一代应用系统的咨询规划,架构设计以及卡系统、收付清算系统、会计系统等应用系统的咨询与开发,并且在创业的公司主持了自主版权SNA三层架构网关通信中间件的开发研制工作,在2000年作为项目总监负责深圳发展银行新一代综合业务系统外包开发项目,在一年时间内成功地将一个OS390上的综合业务系统投产,在业界受到瞩目,并得到了客户的好评。

     曾经供职于 IBM 中国公司,高阳科技控股有限公司, 2004 年加入万国数据服务有限公司从事灾难恢复外包服务相关管理工作。

     Currently, Mr. Zhang Quan is the vice president of GDS. He was graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University major in Computer. EMBA of CEIBS. During his working in IBM, he had his advanced study in Germany toward the SWIFT related standard and products and participated in analyze of the clearing system of European Banks. 
     Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in system integration, network communications, application software development, industry solutions and disaster recovery operations management. He used to participate in the consulting and planning of a new generation of application system in the Bank of China in early 1990s. He jointly structured and designed card systems, receipt and payment clearing system and accounting systems. He led the project of research and development of the three-tier structure SNA gateway communications middleware in an entrepreneurial company on their own. He served as the program director of Shenzhen Development Bank and was responsible for a new-generation-project of integrated business systems outsourced development in 2000. In a year's time he successfully put a general business system of OS390 in production which won the attention of the industry and praise by the customers.
     Mr. Zhang used to work for IBM China, Hi Sun Technology Holding Limited. He joined GDS in 2004 and responsible for the management of disaster recovery service outsourcing work.
